Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted, do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. This product may have been previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. Defrosted: It is suitable for home freezing. Keep refrigerated.
Cooking Instructions

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Fry in a little oil in a pre-heated pan over a medium/high heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
