Breast of Lamb 400 - 700g
Breast of lamb a succulent and flavourful , a lean cut that is perfect for slow-cooking such as braising or roasting. they are rich in flavour and have a tender texture.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the refrigerator Once defrosted, use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by ‘use by’ date shown.
Instructions: Oven 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 2hrs 30mins. Place in a roasting tin. Cover in foil and place in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 2 hours. Remove from oven, carefully remove foil and return for a further 30 minutes. Once cooked, rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Preparation and Usage
Remove lamb from packaging and rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
