Dry cured bacon chops. Dry curing is an old age process that results in a more intense flavour and firmer texture than traditional wet-cured bacon. Our bacon chops are -rubbed with a blend of natural seasonings and left to cure to achieve a distinct, rich flavour with these thick cut bacon chops.
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the ‘use by’ date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date shown.
