Lamb chops are beautiful and sophisticated cut of meat. And are renowned for their rich, buttery flavour and superb texture. Lamb chops are a great option whether you're trying to wow guests at your next dinner party or just want to treat yourself to a tasty tea. They are typically served with a mint source which we have available to purchase in store upon collection.

Storage

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave

Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Grill
Instructions: Season the chops on both sides. Pre-heat grill, then place the chops onto grill pan and cook under a med-high heat for 3-4 minutes each side (medium), or 5-6 minutes each side (well done). Remove from grill and rest on a warm plate for 5 minutes before serving.
