Storage
Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 12 hours in the fridge. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, use within 24 hours and always by 'use by' date shown.
Cooking Instructions
Shallow Fry
Instructions: Pan Fry Heat a little oil in a pan until hot. Add mince to pan and brown, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes. Lower heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

- Always wash hands, surfaces and utensils after contact with raw meat.
