Smoked Dry Cured Back Bacon
Shepleys Butchers smoked dry cured back bacon. Dry curing is an old age process that results in a more intense flavour and firmer texture than traditional wet-cured bacon. Our back bacon is hand-rubbed with a blend of natural seasonings and left to cure for two weeks to and then smoked achieve a distinct, rich smokie flavour .

Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by the ‘use by’ date shown. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in a refrigerator. Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines above. Keep refrigerated. Once opened, consume within 24 hours and by 'use by' date shown.
